Final examination for HCM course

Dear All,
The final exam is very similar to your course assignment. Try to reflect on those three questions of the assignment from your organization  perspective as well as your own knowledge ,and experience.

Please note also that the Final exam for the course will be given on SUNDAY  AFTERNOON, 29 May 2016 at 3:00 pm.

Dear MBA program Students of the 2008 EC entry,

I welcome you to the Human Capital Management (HCM) course. I hope you will benefit much more from the discussions and interaction among your colleagues in the class who bring lot of knowledge and experiences as managers at various levels.

Your prior knowledge in Human Resource Management would be a valuable leverage to the understanding and application of HCM to your organization and beyond. Good news for those who have not taken any course in   personnel management , Human resource management , or strategic human resource management or similar courses: an overview of the essential features of these courses will be revisited through small group works.

The course content will be posted soon on this blog along with the textbook and list of references.
